Jovinia holds a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences from La Trobe University (Australia). She is an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist supporting children and young adults aged 3 to 22 years across private therapy and special education settings.
Jovinia works with children with a wide range of developmental needs, supporting areas such as sensory integration, attention and regulation, motor development, self-care skills, school readiness, social participation, and executive functioning. Her therapy focuses on practical, functional outcomes that create meaningful improvements in each child’s daily life at home, in school, and within the community.
She is deeply committed to helping children build both independence and confidence. Jovinia particularly enjoys supporting school-aged children who may struggle with organisation, task initiation, frustration tolerance, or managing multi-step demands. She understands how overwhelming these challenges can feel for both children and parents, and works collaboratively to break tasks into achievable steps while equipping children with personalised strategies that promote lasting success.
Jovinia takes a warm, strengths-based and collaborative approach, partnering closely with families to ensure therapy goals are relevant, sustainable, and aligned with each child’s unique strengths. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and is passionate about supporting every child in reaching their fullest potential.
