Theratech.AI Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting personal data and ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). 1. “Customer” refers to an individual who has interacted with us to inquire about or engage in services provided by us; “personal data” means data about a customer that can be identified from that data alone or with other information accessible to us.
2. We collect personal data such as name, contact details, identification information, educational, developmental, and employment details, financial information, and other relevant data to fulfill our service obligations.

COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Personal data is usually collected directly from you or through authorized representatives. We clarify the purpose of data collection and seek consent unless collection without consent is authorized by PDPA or other laws.
2. Purpose for Collection, Use, and Disclosure:
   • To fulfill our obligations related to the services requested by you.
   • To manage our relationship and handle communications, queries, and feedback.
   • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
   • To transmit personal data to unaffiliated third parties, including clinics, centers, schools, or other entities using our platform for operational purposes, provided such entities are bound by confidentiality agreements to ensure data privacy.

Disclosures Specific to Theratech.AI Services:
Restricted Disclosure to Designated Service Providers:

• We will disclose your personal data only to affiliated clinics, centers, schools, or other entities to which you have directly provided this information or explicitly designated. Additionally, your data will be shared with all relevant personnel and therapists assigned to your case to ensure seamless service delivery. This approach ensures that personal data is used solely within the context of the services you have engaged, maintaining privacy and data integrity.

1. Purpose-Limited Use:
   • The personal data disclosed to these entities will be strictly for the purpose of providing the services you have purchased through our platform. This includes managing therapy sessions, scheduling, client tracking, and any other service-related processes that facilitate the effective delivery of the services you have requested. 
2. Ensuring Confidentiality and Security:
   • We uphold stringent confidentiality and security standards in our disclosures. Entities receiving personal data are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality and security of that data, ensuring it is used only for the agreed purposes related to service provision and adhering to privacy standards that are consistent with our own. 
3. Legal Compliance in Disclosures:
   • Disclosures will also comply with legal requirements, necessitated by laws in Singapore or applicable jurisdictions. This includes responding to lawful requests by public and governmental authorities, fulfilling national security or law enforcement requirements, and adhering to legal processes. 
4. No Third-party Disclosures Without Consent:
   • We do not disclose your personal data to any third parties other than the designated service providers without your explicit consent, unless required by law. This policy is in place to prevent unauthorized use of your information and to maintain control over the contexts in which your data is used.
