Natalie firmly believes that every child possesses an innate desire to connect with the world around them. While some may face challenges in finding the right words and others may express themselves in unique ways, the fundamental urge to engage remains constant. Natalie fosters this connection through the powerful tools of play, curiosity, and human interaction—guiding children to understand that communication goes beyond spoken language; it is ultimately about being understood.
Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northwestern University in Chicago and brings over seven years of clinical experience across diverse settings in both the United States and Singapore. Her extensive background includes work in clinics, schools, and homes, serving a broad spectrum of clients—from medically fragile infants in Early Intervention (ages 0–3), to school-aged children, to older adults managing aphasia and motor speech disorders.
Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of areas, including:
- Speech sound disorders and apraxia
- Language delays
- Behavioural challenges
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Global developmental delay
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
While Natalie’s experience is broad, her true passion lies in paediatric care—particularly with preschool and school-aged children. She employs individualized, evidence-based approaches tailored to meet each child’s unique needs, always seeking to support and strengthen their natural motivation to connect.
At the core of Natalie’s practice is a simple yet profound belief:
Every child wants to communicate—Natalie is dedicated to helping them discover how.
