In all her years of experience, Natalie has never met a child who hasn’t wanted to engage with the world around them. Often, they may struggle with it, or may do so in unusual ways. Through play, Natalie builds language skills by demonstrating the link between speaking and communication, and nurturing that desire to engage.

Over the past several years, Natalie has worked in a variety of settings, including clinic-based, school-based as well as home-based. Her clients range from Early Intervention programs (aged 0-3) with medically fragile conditions to geriatric clients with a range of speech and language disorders, including speech sound disorders, pragmatic delays, aphasia, motor speech disorders, fluency disorders and children with autism spectrum disorder. Her passion remains in paediatrics, particularly preschool and school-aged children, and using a variety of approaches individually tailored to meet each child’s needs.

Every child wants to communicate, and Natalie firmly believes she can help them achieve this.
